Online Alternatives to Suicide Support Group

Every 2nd & 4th Sunday 5:30-7pm AWST (8:30-10pm AEDT)

Free - No referral needed - New people welcome

This is an online suicide peer support group for anyone with thoughts of suicide or wanting to die, or who has made suicide attempts in their lives.

Every 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month 5:30pm-7pm AWST (8:30pm-10pm AEDT).

The group is a space for people to talk about, vent, sit with, or make sense of suicidal experiences. We are also free to talk about our distress or the things which make us want to die, without fearing hospitalisation or the police being called.

How to join using zoom:

(once you’ve email us and received the zoom code)

We use the Zoom meeting app which is free to download for your computer or smartphone. To join using video, you have two options. First, you can follow the web link, or just open the Zoom app and type in the meeting ID. This will bring you into our waiting room where the hosts will let you in.

Alternatively you can call in from your phone anywhere in Australia on (08) 7150 1149. You’ll be able to hear everyone - just not see them.

To join one of our online groups via phone call, simply dial one of the above numbers and type in the meeting ID. Zoom will then ask you for your participant code - this can be any random number. It’s that easy! You’re now in the meeting.

Still confused? Here’s some tips from Zoom.
