You are more than welcome to attend our groups to talk about your distress and what drives you to consider death.

If you are wanting to talk to someone right now, there are some biomedical helplines which are available.

Below are some links to directories that list services available. Please note we are not affiliated with any of the linked organisations, their views and mechanisms of support may not align with our values. For example, they are likely to call 000 if they deem you to be at “immediate risk”.

Mental Health Helplines List

Health Direct is an Australian government-funded service which provides health information and advice. They have compiled a directory of mental health helplines.

Green Book

The Green Book is a collaborative project between the Western Australian Network of Alcohol and other Drug Agencies (WANADA) and the Western Australian Association for Mental Health (WAAMH). It contains a listing of organisations providing Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services and Mental Health services to the Western Australian community.
